These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Appsora website and the services provided by Appsora, a digital agency based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Appsora website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
Appsora provides digital marketing, web development, mobile app development, SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and business automation services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise specified, an advance payment is required before project commencement. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Appsora retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed. All pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, and tools used remain the property of Appsora.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access credentials. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional charges.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Appsora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Changes to Terms
Appsora reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
